Make the impossible possible – to me that is a positive kind of challenge. I appreciate doing communication work on the widest variety of levels and, being at the interface between clients and colleagues, supporting them by word and deed.
I like the balance between concentrated work on texts and oral interaction with people. To my mind, a cheerful and humour-filled atmosphere as well as a partnership-minded dialogue as between equals are guarantors of a great work climate.
My skills in communication and organisation ensure that there is clarity in internal and external relations and conditions. I understand the concerns and requests of the people I deal with and develop pragmatic solutions with all parties in mind. With efficiency, flexibility and a lot of positive energy, I actively contribute to keeping the mpw ship on course.

Work experience
Romy Anderegg has been working in mpw Business Support in various positions since 2008. She has many years of experience in editing exacting texts, in a wide variety of project work, in in-house process optimisation, and in handling business offers at mpw. In addition, she has well-founded knowledge in assessment coordination as well as in care and support for clients and assessment participants.
