We assist you with reorientation after a termination so that you can master the transition with success. Outplacement consulting is intended for persons seeking employment when they wish to reorient themselves because of an upcoming or past termination.

We support the affected persons with a structured and yet flexible procedure covering all topics relevant for the job search process – on both professional and personal levels.

Outplacement consulting concentrates on the steps that cannot be managed alone, and is intended as help in self-help. The main emphasis is on getting the person concerned to tackle the job-hunting process in a professional way and to operate skilfully in the job market.


Job Coaching

Im Job Coaching wird die betroffene Person fokussiert dabei beraten, eine den Neigungen, Fähigkeiten und individuellen Möglichkeiten entsprechende Herausforderung zu finden. Zu Beginn der Beratung werden zunächst die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der betroffenen Person identifiziert und dann individuell in circa 6 bis 14 Sitzungen die entsprechenden Module (z. B. Dossiercheck, Interviewtraining, Online-Assessment) vertieft.

Outplacement consulting

Die Outplacement-Beratung begleitet betroffene Personen aktiv durch den Kündigungs- und Neuorientierungsprozess. Das Vorgehen ist in der Regel in drei Phasen (Orientierung, Vermarktung, Umsetzung) unterteilt, wobei diese je nach den Bedürfnissen des Stellensuchenden unterschiedlich gewichtet werden. Eine Outplacement-Beratung bietet ein enges Betreuungsverhältnis und dauert üblicherweise zwischen drei Monat und einem Jahr.
