In my previous assignments in managing positions, there was one crucial question regarding recruiting that has persistently been on my mind: Did we hire the right person? The fit between an individual and an organization challenges me repeatedly and is -in my perspective- essential for a successful long-term collaboration. It intrigues and motivates me to work on this matter with professional approaches along with a team of experienced, competent colleagues as well as to be able to reliably advise our customers.
In my work, it is essential for me to meet people at eye level and to get to the heart of their preferences, capabilities, and competencies by using established methods and procedures. In doing so, I promote an open and appreciative exchange with people from the most diverse professional fields and approach them open-minded and with curiosity.
