I’m passionate about contributing to the success of companies and organizations. The goal of my work is to achieve the best possible fit between the competencies and potentials of employees and the visions and requirements of organizations. I enjoy working with companies of different sizes, industries and cultures.
A key focus of my work is to establish working relationships based on mutual respect and trust. In addition, my structured, solution-oriented approach helps me to get things straight to the point. I have the necessary amount of courage and finesse to turn even unpleasant issues into debatable topics and thus to foster changes at the individual, team or company level. As a consultative partner, I am present at every moment, sometimes serious, sometimes with a pinch of humor.

Work experience
Ines Hoffmann has over 10 years of experience in people and organizational development - both as a specialist and in leadership roles. She has expert knowledge and experience in the fields of conceptualizing and implementing specialist and leadership trainings, consulting and supporting clients in change processes, and in conceptualizing and implementing change management related workshops and team development processes. Her expertise is rounded off by several years as an HR manager and people development consultant in a large industrial company as well as her many years as an organizational development consultant for Swiss SMEs of various sizes, industries and cultures.
