We assist you with reorientation after a termination so that you can master the transition with success. Outplacement consulting is intended for persons seeking employment when they wish to reorient themselves because of an upcoming or past termination.
We support the affected persons with a structured and yet flexible procedure covering all topics relevant for the job search process – on both professional and personal levels.
Outplacement consulting concentrates on the steps that cannot be managed alone, and is intended as help in self-help. The main emphasis is on getting the person concerned to tackle the job-hunting process in a professional way and to operate skilfully in the job market.
With job coaching, the person concerned is given focused advice on finding a challenge that matches their inclinations, abilities and individual possibilities. The specific needs of the individual are first identified at the start of the counselling and then the corresponding modules (e.g. dossier check, interview t.raining, online assessment) are explored in depth on an individual basis in around 6 to 14 sessions
Outplacement counselling actively accompanies individuals impacted by the termination and reorientation process. The procedure is usually divided into three phases (orientation, marketing, implementation), with different weighting depending on the needs of the jobseeker. Outplacement counselling offers a close support relationship and usually lasts between three months and one year
Career counselling provides a sound basis for orientation to gain clarity on where you stand in your career and in which direction you can continue your professional development. You attain concrete clues, recognise possibilities and can formulate clear objectives.
