Thomas Hunziker has more than 15 years of experience in the design, execution and evaluation of individual and group assessments. Moreover, he has longstanding experience in individual and peer coaching as well as conflict moderation. He is a trainer and consultant in personality development and management, provides diagnostics and intervention in management as well as in traffic and traffic safety psychology. His work as interim head of the diagnostics team of a big service provider company and many years as a disability employment counsellor and case manager round off his profile.
