I am committed to ensuring that qualified knowledge from psychology is increasingly used in practice at the individual and corporate level. Topics such as decision-making processes, emotional psychology, communication and the design of organisations are particularly close to my heart. I want to understand how we think and feel as human beings and how to apply these insights taking into account specific structures, approaches and goals of a company. This is not only extraordinarily exciting, but also effective: for employees, customers and all other stakeholders.
In my work with managers at various levels, I am committed to taking a holistic approach to people and helping them to develop. With analytical acuity, open-minded thinking and a great deal of appreciation, I contribute as a consultant to ensuring that the corporate orchestra can play its music in a diverse and successful way.

Work experience
Simone Büchi has several years of experience in management diagnostics as well as in conducting trainings in the areas of communication and organisational development. She has worked as a research assistant and in various HR functions for companies in the services and industrial sectors.
