Dealing with people and organisations has been on my mind and fascinated me from my student days until today. When I can support clients in clarifying unresolved issues and contribute to increasing their decision-making confidence, it makes me happy. I very much enjoy working with and for people; I am interested in their motivations, incentives and, of course, their talents and skills.
In my work it is important to me to do things correctly and with a serious approach. With due regard to seriousness, there should also be room for humour and humanity. I appreciate working together with others, working towards something and achieving goals.
What represents me are 3 P’s: I’m pragmatic, professional and personal. My concern is to find feasible solutions and to work with clients and candidates as my equals. I am easy to get along with, cheerful and enjoy the task at hand without losing sight of my responsibility and what really matters.

Mirjam Fuchs has many years of experience in management as well as management diagnostics on all levels of leadership.
