Mirja Matthijs

Senior Consultant

From the moment I decided to study psychology, I was fascinated by people. That is still the case today. Discovering the uniqueness of each person motivates me.

I meet new personalities almost every day and spend a lot of time with them. A benevolent and professional attitude is important to me. I am convinced that this enables assessment candidates to let go of possible tensions they may be feeling and focus on the day ahead.

My working style is person-centred, structured and solution-oriented. If there's laughter along the way, all the better!
