Varied process accompaniment in diverse business domains and collaborative work with different kinds of people among clients, candidates and in my in-house team give me incentive and keep motivating me anew. I focus on the creation of genuine added value for everyone involved.

Work experience

Michel Maulaz has 13 years of experience in HR consulting with specialisation in recruitment/search, assessment and management development. He is a co-founder and was a partner in an HR consulting firm. His expertise is based on entrepreneurial experience in personnel management, work as finance department head and as member of the board of directors, as well as work in leading recruitment projects for client accounts and in carrying out assessments on all levels of management. His main activity is in SMEs, the public sector, and NPOs. Besides 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in the service sector, he has many years of experience in leading large teams.
