Ines Geisler has over 10 years of experience in people and organizational development - both as a specialist and in leadership roles. She has expert knowledge and experience in the fields of conceptualizing and implementing specialist and leadership trainings, consulting and supporting clients in change processes, and in conceptualizing and implementing change management related workshops and team development processes. Her expertise is rounded off by several years as an HR manager and people development consultant in a large industrial company as well as her many years as an organizational development consultant for Swiss SMEs of various sizes, industries and cultures.
