Werner Murer has 25 years of experience in assessment as well as in coaching specialists and managers on all management levels. In addition, he is entrepreneurially active as the Vice President of the foundation board of a large autonomous pension fund. Furthermore, he has specialised qualifications in coaching, outplacement and recruitment consulting as well as team and organisational development. His expertise extends from working in the association and on the board of Swiss Assessment, through consulting for a leading assessment service, being head of personnel in an industrial firm, and having experience as a trainer, to his empirical experience in connection with a research project.
