Dr. Werner Murer

Managing Partner

In my work I appreciate the encounters with the widest variety of persons in all kinds of fields. Working in a team also makes it possible for me to have an active exchange with value-oriented and professional people. All in all, I regard myself and mpw as developers of potential – the potential of people, teams and organisations.

I would like to offer those in my environment genuine added value and create challenging employment, in which not only individual personalities but also team spirit can be fully lived – because only on this basis is it possible to achieve genuine staff satisfaction.

Focus and concentration characterise my work as do flexibility and curiosity. Central to me are the (business) relations with customers, clients, colleagues and staff members.
