This goes hand in hand with an examination of what a person is good at, his or her inclinations and abilities, but also possible stumbling blocks. This requires a counterpart who guides and accompanies the process with humanity, respect and expertise. This is my guideline.
As a consultant, it is important for me to work on the right topic. I want to understand what is really at issue and what my contribution to the solution is. A careful clarification of the assignment with a focus on the essentials is central to this.
My approach to people is open-minded, unprejudiced and with interest. I listen carefully and soon establish a basis of trust. I am concerned with quality, but also with cost-benefit efficiency.
