In my previous work in international sales, I had the opportunity to meet people from the most diverse cultural and economic regions of the world. Even though the needs of such customers and business partners may differ depending on the country or cultural background, universal human qualities such as communication skills, persuasiveness or empathy were always decisive for business success. This realization shows me that people and the very specific uniqueness they bring to a company are the most important asset in business management. Experiencing this human uniqueness is what I particularly enjoy about my work.
