Already my licentiate thesis was about the CVs of professionally successful managers because I have always been interested in biographies. Their professional and private uniqueness makes me find my work at mpw diversified and enriching. Exactly this unique potential of personalities is what I like to discover and encourage, for which I believe a trusting atmosphere is of great importance.
At the same time, interacting with companys of different sizes, industries and cultures and working together with executives, managers and teams also keeps being a pleasure. I am especially successful when, with my outsider’s perspective, I become a part of a company over a short or long period.

Carolin Kriening has sound knowledge in work as an assessor. In addition, she has many years of (management) experience as a consultant, in the development of workshops and presentations for company management, HR department heads, and staff in team and management development, as well as in company health management. She puts special emphasis on the set-up and implementation of health-promoting corporate cultures. On top of that, she works as a lecturer.
