In my work as a whole, I appreciate the constant change of immersing myself in new kinds of jobs, organisations and fields, and getting to know new people and personalities in this connection. Besides, during coaching and follow-up discussions, there develops a work atmosphere that I especially enjoy.
The variety and balance between the familiar and the new make work as a Senior Consultant as attractive for me as do the exchange and mutual support among members of the team.

Work experience
Beatrice Knopf has soundly based experience in carrying out individual assessments on all levels as well as in consulting, coaching and new placement. She looks back on many years of work as head of HR and HR consultant. Complementing her profile are management experience in an industrial SME, work as a vocational trainer, broad practical experience in diverse commercial domains as well as in international customer care.
