I consider it central to make competencies visible and usable in the other person. This goes hand in hand with an examination of what a person is good at, his or her inclinations and abilities, but also possible stumbling blocks. This requires a counterpart who guides and accompanies the process with humanity, respect and expertise. This is my guideline.
As a consultant, it is important for me to work on the right topic. I want to understand what is really at issue and what my contribution to the solution is. A careful clarification of the assignment with a focus on the essentials is central to this.
My approach to people is open-minded, unprejudiced and with interest. I listen carefully and soon establish a basis of trust. I am concerned with quality, but also with cost-benefit efficiency.

Work experience
Daniela Landau has many years of experience in the field of personnel and organizational development as well as a coach, assessor, lecturer and consultant for managers, teams and individuals in various industries. As a psychologist with a clinical background, but also with many years of experience as a professional and manager in organizations, she brings a great deal of knowledge and skills to the table when it comes to psychological issues in an entrepreneurial context.
